MPC Capital verstärkt Immobilien-Team mit Christoph J. Thumm

Hamburg, 15. September 2021 – Der Hamburger Asset- und Investment-Manager MPC Capital verstärkt sein Führungsteam im Immobilienbereich mit Christoph J. Thumm als Managing Director Real Estate.
Christoph J. Thumm, 41, verfügt über mehr als 20 Jahre Erfahrung in der Immobilienbranche und bringt ausgewiesene Transaktionskompetenzen mit. Zuletzt war er bei der Aachener Grundvermögen in Köln tätig, wo er in führender Position für den An- und Verkauf von Wohnimmobilien zuständig war. Er verantwortete dort auch die Innovationsabteilung und den Corporate Venture Fonds der Aachener Grundvermögen (AC+X Strategic Investments). Seine vorherigen Stationen umfassten Unternehmen wie Deutsche Bank, UniCredit Group und DERECO.
Bei MPC Capital wird sein Schwerpunkt auf dem deutschen Wohnimmobilienmarkt liegen. Das Unternehmen hatte Anfang 2021 den Fonds ESG Core Wohnimmobilien Deutschland mit einem Zielvolumen von EUR 300 Mio. gelauncht.
