for more than 30 years
Founded in 1994 as MPC Capital, the company went public in 2000 and had established itself as a market leader in closed-end funds by 2004. Over the following two decades, it transformed into an international investment and services group for maritime and energy assets. The 2026 rebranding as MPC Oceanic Group reflects this evolution and opens a new chapter in the company’s history.
Shares of MPC Oceanic Group have been traded on the Stock Exchange since 2000. Since 2017 MPC Oceanic Group has been listed on the Scale Segment of the German Stock Exchange in Frankfurt/Main. Shares of MPC Oceanic Group are covered by a number of brokers which publish research notes on a regular basis.
